Refund Policy

PROXIED LIMITED Refund Policy sets the conditions for the company's refunds when using any system of PROXIED LIMITED or being in contractual relationship between company as a service provider and any natural person or establishment as a service user.
PROXIED LIMITED (“Company”) incorporated in the HONG KONG, having the address UNIT B, 11/F YAM TZE COMM BLDG 23 THOMSON RD WAN CHAI, HONG KONG
1.1 If you are having technical difficulties please contact us before claiming a refund as they will be happy to solve any problems.
1.2 We do not provide refunds if the customer used our services for purposes contrary to law.
1.3 We realize that exceptional circumstances can take place with regard to the product we supply.
1.4 All paid fees, as well as fees paid for a continuous Service, are non-cancelable and non-refundable with the exception of the following instances:
1.4.1 If the Service is inactive/works with defects during the first 24 hours from the purchase due to reasons not depending on Your actions (for example, if a technical failure in the System occurs) and the Company is not able to fix the problem promptly (during the same 24 hour period), You are entitled to a full refund of the purchased faulty Service. In all cases, you shall contact the Company as soon as possible after noticing the fault. In case you contact the Company after the initial 24-hour term, it is presumed that the Services purchased by you were free of defects and you accepted the Service as satisfactory quality-wise.
1.4.2 In exclusive instances, the Company may decide to refund the Client if the request is motivated, and circumstances show that a refund is reasonable, fair, and necessary. The Company has full discretion to make a decision on whether to issue a refund. Clients who believe they are eligible for this exception should contact the Company.
1.4.3 Please note that we do not bear any responsibility and therefore we do not satisfy any refund/return/ exchange requests based on incompatibility of our products with some third-party software (plug-ins, add-ons, modules, search engines, scripts, extensions, etc.) other than those which are specified as compatible in a description available on the sales page of each product. We don't guarantee that our products are fully compatible with any third-party programs (including web host) and we do not provide support for third-party applications.
